Restoration Care Africa

Greetings! Allow me to introduce myself.

My name is David Ballard and I am coordinator of Restoration Care Africa.

For many years now I have been going to Africa, firstly taking medical equipment and school supplies amongst other things.

Then in 2016, GOD put on my heart to build an orphanage in Uganda. With the help of some amazing people and a lot of fundraising we managed to build an amazing home for 39 children. They are now completely self-sufficient.

So without resting on our laurels we have taken on another project.

This is an orphanage in Siaya, Kenya that is in very bad condition. So much so, that I would not let the children live there anymore.

We have billeted the children out to foster homes while we set about making the orphanage liveable again.

We will begin by painting it inside and out and installing hot showers, up until now they have been bathing out of a bucket. Replacing all the mattresses (25 in all), repairing the kitchen and buying a new refrigerator. We also need new dining table and chairs amongst other odds and ends.
